Invitated by the Industrial Design Association of Warmia and Mazury (Poland), I took part in a multidisciplinary project, the effects of which were displayed at the international design fair Maison & Objet in Paris during PARIS DESIGN WEEK.
10 Polish furniture manufacturers cooperated with 10 industrial designers. This is how 10 new furniture collections were created, later developed graphically by 10 graphic designers – myself included. I developed the visual identity of a new furniture collection called DOTS from Furniture Concept. As a part of the identification system I designed, among other things, a furniture catalogue.
The whole project is called ‘Trans:Forming Design from Poland’. The following are responsible for the design management of the project: Małgorzata Adamus, Monika Brauntsch, Renata Mikołajczyk, Marzena Radzka-Wiśniewska. The exhibition design was developed by the GDYBY Group. Marta Gawin is responsible for the visual identification of the exhibition.
